Reasons

Punishment of the crime

B From April 2014, a person who actually operated a "D real estate" at a public rental apartment shop in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the Defendant is a hub for real estate brokerage.

E sells its subscription to F in the area of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Fire-Fighting Zone (hereinafter referred to as the "Fire-Fighting Zone") at around 201,000 won, and following the winning in the above public rental apartment around November 17, 201, it is a person who entered into a lease contract with the Korea Land and Housing Corporation for the above apartment G through the Defendant upon the F's request.
