On June 19, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), on June 18, 2007, and a fine of KRW 2.5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), on December 22, 2009, and on October 18, 201, to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the National Institute of Suwon Flag, and on October 18, 201, at the same court, on August 19, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million (drinking driving) from the Seoul District Court to a fine of KRW 1.5 million, and on June 10, 2015, the Defendant terminated the enforcement of the said sentence by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Seoul District Court on March 16, 2016.

On September 10, 2017, the Defendant, around 22:15, 2017, brought injury to the victim D(52 years of age) and the floor noise from the victim D(52 years of age) around 202, the Defendant brought about an injury on the part of the victim for approximately two weeks of the face of the victim by drinking home.

On December 2, 2017, the Defendant driven an Ek five vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.072% from the 20km section of blood at around 01:26 on December 2, 2017, under the influence of alcohol content of around 0.072% on the blood, from the front side of the king-dong Water Resources Corporation at the same time of 01:26 to the front side of the shooting distance.
