The defendant is a person who operated two long-term medical care institutions such as Dental Care Center and E Medical Care Center in Suwon-si C building 7 floors.

According to the Act on Long-Term Care Insurance for Older Persons and relevant statutes, where a long-term care institution has provided facility benefits to beneficiaries, it may receive long-term care benefits benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation, but where it fails to meet the criteria for placement of human resources prescribed by the statutes or fails to purchase a liability insurance policy, it may receive only long-term care benefits reduced according

1. Around January 5, 2012, the Defendant, at the above D Medical Care Center office, entered a false computerized entry as if the Defendant claimed long-term care benefits in December 201, for the long-term care of the elderly (http/www. LL. L.S.) operated by the National Health Insurance Corporation, and the Defendant claimed long-term care benefits in December 201.

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the Victim Service; and (b) received from the Victim Service an unfair payment of KRW 2,632,816 equivalent to the reduction rate of 25% due to vacancy in the placement standards for human resources from the D Care Center account around January 25, 2012.

The Defendant, including that, from that time until November 25, 2013, received 36,039,290 won in total through 15 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table (1) from that time, from November 25, 2013.

2. Around June 5, 2013, the Defendant filed a false computerized entry of the E Medical Care Center G with the fact that the E Medical Care Center G had worked at the E Medical Care Center on May 2013, 2013.

On June 25, 2013, the Defendant, by deceiving the Victim Corporation, received 895,489 won unfairly from the Victim Corporation, at the rate of reduction of 10% due to vacancy in the placement standards for human resources from the E Medical Care Center account around June 25, 2013.
