1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 264,347,096 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from November 29, 2018 to the date of full payment.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment based on the recommendation of confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The part rejecting part of the Plaintiff’s assertion is based on the Plaintiff’s claim that 233,419.07 U.S. dollars against the Defendant. As of November 15, 2018, the exchange rate based on sale and purchase as of November 15, 2018 is 1,132.50 U.S. dollars 1,132.50. Accordingly, when the Plaintiff’s claim is converted into Korean currency, 264,347,096 won (i.e., USD 233,419.07 x USD 1,132.50 / USD 1,32.50 / USD 1,32.50). Accordingly, the part exceeding the above amount is not acceptable.
