1. The Defendants are to the Plaintiff:
(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;
B. From May 1, 2020, above A
subsection (b).
1. In full view of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the plaintiff's claim Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 6, the facts as to the reasons for the claim can be acknowledged.
(1) The Defendants are obligated to deliver real estate recorded in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff as a result of the Defendants’ failure to pay the monthly rent to the Plaintiff and to pay the Plaintiff the amount of unjust enrichment equivalent to the same amount of KRW 14,850,00 per month from May 1, 2020 to the completion date of delivery of the said real estate.
2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and all of them are accepted.
