Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 28, 2018, at the Defendant’s house located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B apartment C, the Defendant published videos containing the contents of “E”, such as “E”, “E”, “E”, “e”, and “e”, “e”, and “e”, “e”, “e.g., e., e., the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu B apartment C.
As such, the Defendant insultingd the victim six times from that time to September 13, 2018, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached Table (1).
2. On May 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) published videos containing the following contents: (a) whether the Defendant’s home in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City B apartment C was “H” in the title “D” in the Uteve Account operated by the Defendant; and (b) once once the Defendant’s home in the Uteve Account in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant was engaged in the leading of the public fraud; and (c) whether the Gu Do Do Do Do Do Do - and the Do Do Do - ty pan had caused a large number of public fraud; (d) however, F was intended to instigate the lutu by using the lutual campaign in a good manner and inciting it and to punish it.”
However, in fact, the victim F was actually forced by indecent act during the process of the steo photograph photographing which was known to the steo photograph known to the steo model, and the photograph taken by the victim was damaged by spreading on the Internet.
Accordingly, the Defendant, for the purpose of slandering as above, damaged the reputation of the victim by openly disclosing false information through the information and communications network, from that time to that time, and damaged the reputation of the victim four times as shown in the crime inundation (2) by July 28, 2018.
