On April 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act, etc. at the Daejeon District Court, and on October 28, 2014, the parole period expired on December 13, 2014 during the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison.

The defendant is the owner of the BP car.

1. No person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall remove a motor vehicle registration number plate, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions exist in other Acts;

Nevertheless, on January 27, 2016, the Defendant removed the car registration number plate for each car owned by the Defendant without obtaining permission from the Mayor/Do Governor without any justifiable reason, at the site of remodeling construction of “D” in “D” located in “C” in the racing-si.

2. The defendant who illegally uses air defense has parked in a place without having his/her motor vehicle registration number plate (E) kept in custody due to the default of administrative fines at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).

For the purpose of operating the SM5 car, as described in paragraph 1, B car registration number plates removed from each car owned by the Defendant were attached to the above SM5 car.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them.

3. On January 27, 2016, the Defendant, at the point of 241 km in Seoul, at around 15:25, around 2016, operated the said car with B’s registration number plate attached to the said SM5 car.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the marks of public offices that were unlawfully used.
