Seized evidence1 through 4 shall be confiscated from the accused.

On March 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act from the Busan District Court on March 25, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 14, 2017.

Criminal facts

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On August 2017, around 20:0, the Defendant administered crophones by inserting approximately 0.05 g (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) a local mental medicine at the Defendant’s residence in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and 205.

2. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) posted 501 telephone 0.1g of philophone 0.1g from the Ecomter 501 unit located in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, and granted F free of charge, by dividing it into two philophone 0.1g.

3. On October 17, 2017, the Defendant, at the place indicated in paragraph 2 around 19:00, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.05g gopon into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injection with his/her arms into his/her blood cells.

4. On October 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 19:45, the Defendant: (b) put the opon 0.48ml of the opon 0.48ml, which is dilution with water from the 702 heading room located in Yangnam-si G, into the copon 2 unit; (c) put the remainder 0.83ml of the opon 0.83ml of the copon into the copon 2 unit; and (d) put them into the copon; and (e) put them into the copon by inserting the copon 1 and the copon 2 unit; and (e) put them into the us white.
