1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.
(a) the delivery of Category D E of the C Building at Chungcheong City;
(b) KRW 2,400,000 and as regards it, January 2019.

2. Judgment deemed to be a confession based on recognition (Article 208 (3) 2, the main sentence of Article 150 (3) and the main sentence of paragraph (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from April 25, 2019 after the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case with respect to unpaid rent 2,40,000 won. However, the Plaintiff’s statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 to June 12, 2019 under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019; Presidential Decree No. 2400,000 won with the date of delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case from April 25, 2019 to May 31, 2019, the Plaintiff’s statutory interest rate of 20% per annum prescribed by Presidential Decree No. 2519, May 26, 20197).
