However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. From around 07:00 on June 1, 2020 to around 08:24 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) from around 07:0 to around 08:24 on the north-gu building C in the north-gu Office of Posi-si; (b) took a theft with one victim-owned mobile phone unit of LG G6 mobile phones in an amount equivalent to KRW 3.50,00 in the market price of the victim; and (c) two physical cards in mobile phone cases.

2. Computer and other fraudulent means;

A. On June 1, 2020, the Defendant, at the F Bank interesting point of the F Bank located in Northern-gu, Northern-si, Ma on June 1, 2020, included one copy of the G Bank Cze Card (Credit Card No. H) owned by the Defendant, as described in paragraph 1, in a cash withdrawal period, and transferred KRW 3 million from the bank account under the name of the Defendant in the name of the victim, to the I Bank account (J) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits of 3 million won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

B. On June 1, 2020, the Defendant settled the sum of KRW 1550,000,000 in total three times as shown in the attached Table 2(1) on the part of the victim D, as described in paragraph (1), by separating the core chip from the LG G6 mobile phone owned by the victim D, and inserting it into another mobile phone, and then entering the information without the victim’s consent as if the victim was the victim in purchasing the game items by accessing M and paying the small amount of KRW 50,000,000,000 in total on three occasions as shown in the attached Table 2(1).

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits of 1,50,000 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

3. Any person who violates the Promotion of National Sports Act and gambling shall be entitled to the property or property of a person, other than an entrusted business operator of the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation, who has correctly predicted the outcome by issuing the right to vote for sports promotion or things similar thereto;
