The defendant shall pay 50,891,000 won to the plaintiff and 6% per annum from January 23, 2016 to August 27, 2020 and the next day.

Reasons

1. Around January 2016, the Plaintiff entered the Defendant’s construction site at the Gwangju D D construction site and sought the implementation of the contract because the Plaintiff did not pay the remainder of the construction cost of KRW 16 million out of the construction cost of KRW 66,891,00,000.
