A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. A person who intends to establish and operate a private teaching institute and teach an individual extracurricular lessons in violation of the Acts on the establishment and operation of a private teaching institute and extracurricular lessons shall report his/her personal information, subjects, places, and tuition fees to the superintendent of education having jurisdiction over his/her address
Nevertheless, the Defendant provided DNA extracurricular lessons to D without reporting it to the superintendent of the competent office of education from December 30, 2016 to January 19, 2017.
2. From August 2016 to January 19, 2017, the Defendant taught all subjects to the victim in a living room or room of the victim, etc. in Chang-si, Chang-si, Chang-si, 203-dong 2002, an apartment house C, a 1002-dong 1002-dong 203-dong 1002.
A. On January 16, 2017, at around 14:30 on January 16, 2017, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by breaking the victim’s head to the upper body of the victimized person while leaving the Defendant’s arms in the room where the victim was living in the above victim’s dwelling.
B. On January 17, 2017, the Defendant, at around 14:00, committed an indecent act by force against the victim by putting the victim’s head at the Defendant’s shoulder while putting the Defendant’s arms in a room where the victim was living in the above victim’s residence, as the victim was unable to appear well in English language.

On January 18, 2017, at around 19:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim by raising the Defendant’s hand on the victim’s arms and bucks, and by putting the victim’s coaches into bucks once.

On January 19, 2017, at around 16:00, the Defendant saw the victim's body from the room of the victim in the above victim's residence, and saw the victim's body behind the victim.
