The defendant's KRW 25,00,000 for the plaintiff and 5% per annum from March 18, 2020 to December 2, 2020 for the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of arguments as to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 50 (including one with several numbers), the plaintiff and Byung maintained legal marital relationship until September 5, 2005. The defendant, knowing that C was a spouse, while attending the same workplace as C, committed an unlawful act such as having a friendly relationship with C from June 2017, and from time to time, having a sexual intercourse with C from around March 2019 (the defendant's commencement of unlawful act with C from around March 3, 2019, asserting that the period of 1 to May 20, 2018 was 1 to May 20, 2010, 1 to 200. The defendant's each letter (Evidence No. 4) signed by the plaintiff's strong pressure of 1 to 200 days, and it is difficult to view that the defendant's evidence submitted by the defendant alone was written for 1 to 20 days prior to May 16, 2017.
