1. The primary Defendant is a person who operated an exclusive adult telephone room on the third floor in Gwanak-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City from August 201 to September 30, 2012.

Accordingly, the Defendant openly displayed or screened child or juvenile pornography for profit.

The Defendant is supplied with 57,508 obscene materials, such as obscene videos, both within and outside the country, in which obscenity is exposed and sexual intercourse is conducted through the web site of providing obscene materials operated by the above C at the same time and place as referred to in the preceding paragraph, by paying 150,000 won monthly.
