Reasons
The reasoning of this Court’s reasoning is as follows: (a) evidence additional to be submitted in the trial for the instant case, and the facts acknowledged by the first instance court are insufficient to be followed; (b) evidence Nos. 12, 13, and 14; and (c) evidence No. 12, 13, and 14; and (d) evidence E’s testimony of a witness E at the trial for the instant case is identical to the reasoning
Therefore, the judgment of the court of first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
