2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. 1) The Plaintiff’s husband E on June 10, 1997 on behalf of the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff’s mother F, each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet (paragraph 1 of the attached sheet owned by the Plaintiff and Paragraph 2 of the attached sheet owned by the F, hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”).
