However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A defendant who violated the provisions of the Broadcasting Act, unlawful use of air, and Automobile Management Act shall have operated on January 2017 by the defendant;

B. The front number plate of the Fex car was kept in custody on the ground of local tax delinquency.

After that, on January 2017, the Defendant removed the front number plate of the E-Poter freight vehicle owned by the Defendant and attached it to the front number plate of the E-Poter vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant used car registration number plates, which are marks of public offices, for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Unlawful events for the defense of air;

A. On February 17, 2017, at around 10:20, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph 1, exercised a motor vehicle license plate on a section of approximately KRW 700 meters from the place indicated in paragraph 1 to the sloping of the window of Changwon-si, as it is from the place indicated in paragraph 1 to the sloping of the window of Changwon-si.

B. On February 18, 2017, at around 10:46, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph 1, exercised the car number plate attached, which is the mark of the public office used unlawfully, by operating it on approximately four kilometers in the section from the place indicated in paragraph 1 to the front road of the Republic of Korea located in the Jin-si, Jin-si, Jin-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

On February 23, 2017, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph 1, operated a knex car on the section of approximately four kilometers from the place specified in paragraph 1 to the front road, with a knex car number plate attached, which is a mark of a public office illegally used, as described in paragraph 1, from the place specified in paragraph 1 to the place specified in paragraph 1.
