1. The defendant on July 21, 2005, as to the real estate stated in the separate sheet to the plaintiffs of Gwangju District Court.
The Plaintiffs entered into a pre-sale agreement with the Defendant on July 19, 2005 with regard to the real estate listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”) at KRW 600 million, and on August 5, 2005, the date of the completion of the pre-sale agreement, and on August 5, 2005, with respect to the real estate as indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant real estate”). The Plaintiff did not dispute between the parties that completed the registration of the right to claim transfer of ownership as of July 21, 2005 by the head of the Gwangju District Court and the registry of the Sung-gu District Court on July 21, 2005.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to implement the registration procedure for transfer of ownership on August 5, 2005 with respect to the real estate of this case to the plaintiffs on the basis of the above provisional registration.
If so, the plaintiffs' claims are reasonable, and it is decided as per Disposition.
