1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 359,161,082 and KRW 143,728,83 among them, from March 30, 2017 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant”, but the application for payment order has become final and conclusive for the remaining parties other than the Defendant). 2.
