A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime

1. Around 10:50 on March 17, 2016, the Defendant driving a freight vehicle B without obtaining a driver’s license from the road front of the Gungsan-dong, Hamsan-dong, Gyeonggi-do, to the front road of the Nungsan elementary school in the same location.
2. No owner of a motor vehicle who has violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not purchase mandatory insurance and operated BF freight cars as described in paragraph (1).

3. Any person who violates the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree;
On May 2014, the Defendant purchased the F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-F-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P-P
4. On May 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a fwing freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the 7km section of around 574 meters in front of the yellow mountain distance located in the Pungsan-dong, Sinnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) around 13:5 on May 16, 2016, the Defendant driven a fwing freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the 7km section of the same city.
5. No owner of a motor vehicle violating the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not purchase mandatory insurance, but operated F-wing and freight cars, such as the entry in paragraph 2.
