A. B. 1) The Plaintiff held title trust with 1/4 shares of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 owned by the Plaintiff to Nonparty G, H, I, and J, and completed the registration of ownership preservation for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 and 2 in the separate sheet No. 8342, Sept. 13, 1971. 2) The Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership preservation for each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 and 4 in the separate sheet No. 1 and 2 to the Defendant among the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 and 2 to K, and completed the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Defendant as of November 2, 1983, under the name of 1/4141, the Gwangju District Court received on Jun. 29, 1985, and with respect to shares under the name of 1/4 of the I as to each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 and 70. K.

3) The defendant and the non-party K completed the registration of the right to claim ownership transfer on August 6, 1986, No. 10687, which was received on August 6, 1986, with respect to the non-party clan 1/4 of their own share of the real estate listed in the attached Tables 1 and 2, to the non-party clans (hereinafter "the provisional registration of this case"). (The provisional registration of the defendant's share is referred to as "the provisional registration of this case").

(4) On July 1, 1996, the Plaintiff completed the registration of transfer of the share in the name of Nonparty 1’s family on January 24, 1997, No. 4067, which was received on August 1, 1986, with respect to the one-fourth share in the name of Nonparty 1’s own among the real estate listed in [Attachment List Nos. 1 and 2], and on the other hand, against the Defendant, Nonparty 2 and his heir, etc. on July 1, 1996.
