A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Punishment of the crime
1. On January 4, 2015, at around 18:34, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the C convenience store located in Changwon-si, Changwon-si B with D to withdraw money from the cash withdrawal; (b) as the money was not withdrawn, the Defendant returned to the convenience store inside the convenience store because it was left with D; and (c) left the floor of the goods located in the display stand while being sealed with D; and (d) the police officers dispatched upon receipt of the report, interfered with the business of the victim E by force for about 30 minutes, such as avoiding disturbance within the convenience store, without complying therewith, even though the police officers failed to comply with the above act of the Defendant; and (b) interfered with the victim E’s E’s convenience store business operation by force.
2. The Defendant actively prevented the Defendant’s act, such as obstructing the Defendant’s business at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph of the obstruction of performance of official duties, by demanding that the Defendant immediately leave the convenience store, while obstructing the Defendant’s business by obstructing the Defendant’s business of convenience stores, and by demanding the police officer to leave the convenience store. On the part of the police officer, the Defendant continued to call for the police officer “I am out of the head fright, fright, and fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of fright of h.”
After arresting a flagrant offender due to the crime of interference with business, etc., the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s lawful performance of duties regarding the arrest of flagrant offenders, including: “The police officer died of human knife and sponse.” and “The police officer died of flife. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f. f.,”
