A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant solely committed the crime is the Defendant’s inner name “scams” (a person who purchases stolen cell phones from a taxi engineer, etc. who scams the cellular phone while marked the cell phone at night). The Defendant expressed his intention to acquire profits by purchasing it from a taxi engineer, etc. holding stolen cell phone and sending it to the “scamscaming” (on the middle of the stolen cell phone).

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant purchased 11 mobile phones worth KRW 8.8 million in total on nine occasions, including the following: (a) from around that time to January 1, 2017, the Defendant purchased 1,000 won of the victim’s cell phone from his nameless taxi driver’s cell phone from his name influence under the method of “scaming,” which was in front of “H,” located in Sungnam-si, Manam-si G; and (b) purchased 11 mobile phones worth KRW 8.8 million in total from around that time to around January 2017.

B. As seen above, the Defendant, as a joint crime with I, was solicited to work together with “scambling” I while purchasing stolen cell phones, and conspired to purchase stolen cell phones from “scamblings” with other “scamblings.”

On January 2017, the Defendant purchased 42 cellular phone numbers of 1 million won from the “J”, which was known by the introduction of the above I, around 1,00,00 won, around 33,60,00 won in total, and acquired 42 cellular phone numbers of 10,000 won in combination with I, as described in the table of crimes (1) of attached Table 10 through 13, from around 2017 to Haman. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 23360, Jan. 1, 2017>
