1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 46,274,066 and KRW 32,704,738 among them, per annum from February 3, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the creditor shall be deemed the plaintiff and the debtor as the defendant). 2. Judgment by public notice: Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act
3. If so, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount calculated at the rate of 27.9% per annum from February 3, 2018 to the date of full payment, and thus, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 46,274,066 and KRW 32,704,738.
