A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
60 divers for single-uses seized (Evidence 1) and 11 divers used (Evidence 1).
Punishment of the crime
On April 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) at the Busan District Court, and on May 8, 2015, the judgment became final and conclusive on May 8, 2015.
Defendant is not a narcotics handler.
1. Medication;
A. On May 8, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.08 grams of Meteptop clogram (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) in a toilet located in Daejeon AG, a primary mental medicine, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution with bio-velopic water, and administered it.
B. On May 9, 2016, at around 18:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.04g philophones into a single-use injection machine and dilution them with aquatic water, and administered them.
2. Around May 9, 2016, the Defendant was in possession of approximately 5.21g of chophonephones, which were contained in a plastic injection machine, and approximately 4.37g of chophonephones contained in plastic bags, at the parking lot at a considerable amount of Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si, U.S. A.J., in a single-use vehicle located in the Defendant’s AJ-AJ-sturbed vehicle.
3. The Defendant committed an attempted crime of selling smartphones with an intention to sell philophones by setting the time, place, etc. of promise to a person who wants to purchase philophones through “S”.
On May 9, 2016, the Defendant decided to sell approximately 10 grams of 10,50,000 to AK, which came to know through the “S” around May 9, 201, and set the time, place, etc. for transactions with the said AK.
The Defendant attempted to sell philophones possessed by the above AK at the Cheongju-gu AI parking lot, which is a promise place 18:28 on the same day. However, the Defendant failed to commit an attempted crime due to the wind to arrest the unclaimed police officer.
