In spite of the fact that anyone is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages to juveniles, the Defendant sold alcoholic beverages to E (Nam, 17 years old) who are juveniles and their daily lives at the “D” point in the racing city around July 17, 2012 at the “D” point in the racing city around 02:30 on July 17, 2012.
