1. Of the 264m2 in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government JJ, in the line (b) that connects in sequence 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, and 2 of the annexed drawings.

Reasons

In full view of all the circumstances, such as the location, geographical features, size, accessibility, and the respective equity ratio of the original and the Defendant of the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government J 264 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”), the value of each divided land is deemed to be able to promote equity among the original and the Defendant, and thus, it is reasonable to divide the instant land in kind as prescribed in paragraph (1) of this Article.
