The costs of appeal are assessed against the Defendants.

This case is a small case and can be appealed under the provisions of each subparagraph of Article 3 of the Trial of Small Claims Act only when the decision on whether to violate the Constitution of the Rules of Law, the Rules of Law, or the Rules of Order or the Dispositions is unfair (Article 1) and the Supreme Court's decision is contrary to the Supreme Court's precedents (Article 2). The defendant B's ground of appeal does not fall under any of the above.

2. The remaining Defendants did not state the grounds of appeal in the petition of appeal and did not submit the appellate brief within the statutory period.

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
