1. On August 4, 2020, the Defendant damaged public goods, at around 00:33, the Defendant: (a) requested the manager D, who is the police officer of the C-Gu Office located in Incheon, to allow him/her to leave his/her vehicle parked in the underground parking lot of the C-gu Office.

이에 D이 청사보안 문제로 지하주차장 출구가 차단되고 시정장치가 돼있어 오전 6시 이후에 출차가 가능하다고 안내하자 피고인은 ‘왜 공공건물인데 차를 뺄 수 없냐, 야 이새끼야 니가 빽이 얼마나 없으면 차를 못 빼주냐’는 취지로 욕설하며 청원경찰 사무실 창문 앞에 비치된 손 소독제 통을 집어 들어 창문에 설치된 방충망을 내리쳐 찢어지게 하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the crime prevention windows equivalent to 30,000 won, which are public goods used by public offices.

2. On August 4, 2020, at around 00:45, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports in front of the office of the police assigned to the C-Gu Office located in Incheon, and used an information to return home to the site on the underground parking lot from E-gu Gyeong F, the Defendant: (b) stated that the Defendant “I am out of the opening, sprink, why you can get off the vehicle; (c) I am kn’s body until the vehicle is deducted; and (d) I am kn’t kn’t kn’t kn’s body until the vehicle is deducted.” (e.g., F’s left kn’s body and assaulted F’s left knick.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the prevention of crimes by police officers.
