When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On March 27, 2020, the defendant registered as a candidate for B political party in the election of the National Assembly member on March 21, 2020, and was born after entering the 21st National Assembly member election in April 15, 2020 to C area as a candidate for B political party.

No person shall publish or have another person publish or publicly announce false facts about the place of birth, family relation, status, occupation, career, property, act or activity of a candidate, organization to which he/she belongs, whether he/she supports from a specific person or specific organization, etc. in favor of a candidate, his/her spouse, lineal ascendant or descendant, or sibling, by means of a speech, broadcast, newspaper, communication, magazine, poster, propaganda document, etc.

From March 20, 2020 to March 27, 2020, the Defendant: (a) requested F, a printing company in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, to produce election campaign bulletins to be distributed to electorates in connection with the election of the National Assembly members; (b) stated “G University professor” in the “information disclosure data on candidates” column of paragraph (1) of the election campaign bulletin; (c) stated “380,000”; (d) stated “320,000” in the candidate column; (c) stated “320,000” in the candidate column; and (d) stated “60,000” in the “payment of income tax, property tax, comprehensive real estate holding tax, and delinquent performance (,00)”; and (c) stated “1,73” in the candidate column and “spouse’s “1,73”; and “30,2000 through 44,200,000 electors” in the column of the amount of tax payment; and indicated “360,27.21,24.”

However, the Defendant only served as a visiting professor of G University until the end of February 2019, and did not maintain teaching staff thereafter, and at the time of applying for registration of candidate, the Defendant was at the time of applying for registration of the candidate’s shares of 11,00,000 won.
