Defendant

On January 16, 2013, A was sentenced to 10 months for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court's Busan Branch Branch on January 16, 201, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the detention center on November 13, 2013.

Defendants dealt with psychotropic drugs, which are not authorized to handle narcotics, such as psychotropic drugs, and are not prohibited from cultivating, carrying, possessing, possessing, giving, receiving, transporting, or using marijuana. 1. Defendant A

A. C. On February 2, 2015, at around 12:00 on the lower order, the Defendant: (a) put 0.3g of the philophones purchased in the vicinity of the bridge located in Jinjin-si in the Eup/Myeon; (b) delivered it to B without compensation; and (c) delivered it to B.

At around 19:00 on March 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) added the volume of 0.1g gramopon purchased from Hump toilets located in Seosan City G with the same method as the above paragraph (b), and administered phiopon to the Defendant’s right body using a disposable injection device, after dilution the volume of 0.1g gramopon purchased from Hump toilet located in Seosan City G.
