1. Defamation;

A. Nevertheless, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts as such.

B. On April 17, 2016, around 16:30 on April 17, 2016, the Defendant posted an official announcement notice of the same content as the above A to the victim in the above elevator.

However, there was no fact that the injured party has operated apartment CCTV or filed a complaint for false death of prisoners of war.

Nevertheless, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts as such.

On April 18, 2016, around 10:47, the Defendant: (a) operated CCTV, the head of new president B, B, in April 2015, and the head of the new president B, in the face of a new wall in October 2015, and spreads false facts to the residents A, and filed a complaint with the Military Prosecutor's Office at the end of the Military Prosecutor's Office.
