2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On September 12, 2019, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 08:10, and turned the front distance intersection of D in Daegu-gu, Seoggu, Seoggu, into the west-gu west-gu gate.

Since there is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to confirm whether a person engaged in driving service has a vehicle passing through the intersection by reducing speed and checking well the side, and to safely proceed according to the traffic signal.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and received the front part of the Defendant’s taxi driving car from the Defendant’s taxi driving on the front part of the Victim E (the 27-year-old) driving, who was directly engaged in a traffic signal in violation of the signal while the signal was a vehicle stop signal, due to the negligent negligence on the part of the Defendant’s taxi driving.
