except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On April 29, 2013, from around 10:00 to 10:50 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the business of the said victim’s restaurant business by force by force, which interfered with the said victim’s restaurant business by having the victim’s mother and the employee of the said victim D take a bath while under the influence of alcohol, and talking with sound, etc., at the E restaurant house operated by the victim D (the age of 41) of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from around 10:0 to around 10:50.

2. When the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim D at the time and place described in Paragraph 1, the Defendant committed the assault against the victim by leading the Defendant in the above restaurant.

3. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) arrested a flagrant offender as a flagrant offender due to interference with the foregoing duties and assault; (b) presented the F resident registration certificate of a person who was demanded by a police officer to present his/her identification card, and used it unlawfully.

4. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 17:59, at the Gangnam Police Station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, received interrogation of a suspect and entered “F” in the suspect interrogation protocol using the color pen.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged another person’s signature for the purpose of exercising the right.

5. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph (4), exercised the forged signature as mentioned above to G police officers who knew of the forgery.
