A In the official branch of the Daejeon District Court on December 27, 2013, two years of suspended sentence for the crimes of obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment for the same offense in the same court on the same day, and two years of suspended sentence for the same offense, etc., respectively, and the judgment on January 4, 2014 becomes final and conclusive, and is currently under suspended sentence.
1. Defendant A
A.
