The Plaintiff seeking payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from May 10, 2019 after the date following the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order with respect to KRW 31,00,000. However, the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed from June 1, 2019 to 12% per annum under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Presidential Decree No. 29768, Jun. 1, 2019; Presidential Decree No. 2000,000 as to KRW 31,00,000, the above legal interest rate of KRW 20 from May 10, 2019 to May 31, 2019 (amended by Presidential Decree No. 25196, Jun. 1, 2019).
