The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. Around 08:40 on May 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) taken the hands from “C” restaurant in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, one time at the left part of the victim D (the age of 25); (b) taken the part of the victim E (the age of 23); (c) taken the chest and part of the victim E (the age of 23); (d) taken the part of the victim’s chest and part of the victim’s neck on one occasion by lush hand; and (e) took the part of the victim’s face; and (e) assaulted the victims by taking the part of the victim’s face one time with lush hand.
2. Crimes of non-compliance with judgment: On June 18, 2020, after the institution of public prosecution under Article 260(3) and Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, the judgment dismissing a written agreement that the complainant does not want punishment: Subparagraph 6 of Article 327 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
