A. 1) The Plaintiff entered into and entered into an insurance contract with D as shown in the separate sheet No. 1 attached hereto (hereinafter “instant No. 1 and No. 2 insurance contract”). The Plaintiff is an abbreviationd name of each of the instant insurance contracts.

2) Of the general terms and conditions and the special terms and conditions applicable to each of the instant insurance contracts (hereinafter “instant terms and conditions”), the parts relating to the instant case are as follows.

Article 1101 (General Terms and Conditions of Insurance 100) [General Terms and Conditions] Article 16 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) Company shall pay the insurance money agreed to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured:

(1) If a person dies as a direct result of an injury that occurred after the age of 15 during the insurance period, the amount of insurance coverage of a general contract shall be paid as an injury or death insurance amount.

Article 18 (Reasons for Not Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall not prevent insurance money when any of the following events occurs to cause the payment of insurance money:

(1) Intentional intent of the insured: Provided, That where the insured has impaired himself/herself in a state that he/she cannot make a free decision due to mental disorder, etc., he/she shall pay insurance proceeds

[Bodily Injury, Death, or Disability with 80% or more, the Company shall pay the insurance money agreed upon to the beneficiary when any of the following events occurs to the insured specified in the insurance policy:

(1) Where a person dies as a direct result of an injury that has occurred after 15 years of age during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions, the amount of insurance coverage of this Special Terms and Conditions shall be paid as the amount of the injury or death insurance.

Article 4 (Applicable Provisions) Matters not specified in this Special Terms and Conditions.
