The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, it is justifiable to have determined that the lower court convicted the Defendant of all the facts charged in the instant case.

As alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine regarding the establishment of a crime of publishing false facts under the Election of Public Officials Act, prior election campaigns, and the recruitment of joint principals

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
