1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 27,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from December 4, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Grounds for a claim for indication: The unpaid amount of KRW 65 million, out of the subcontract price for the unclaimed construction work at the new construction site, such as Annyang-gu, Annyang-si C, etc. (the defendant prepared and issued a written confirmation on May 24, 2012 and January 21, 2014). 2. Grounds: A judgment by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
