A. Defendant A is 16,076,583 won and 15,795.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On February 14, 2011, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 40 million to the network D, and as of March 19, 2015, the Plaintiff remains in KRW 36,85,935 as principal, KRW 292,120 as agreed interest, KRW 363,974 as agreed interest.
B. As the network D died on November 19, 2014, Defendant A, B, and C received a decision on the limited recognition judgment inherited by co-inheritors.
