1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
The Plaintiff asserts that, from May 22, 2014 to August 5, 2014, there were defects in the aquaculture equipment and water treatment chemicals supplied to the Defendant, etc., the Plaintiff suffered total of KRW 76,154,460 (i.e., the amount of KRW 5,207,00 for the feed of KRW 2,589,060 for the electricity of KRW 5,207,00 for the cost of KRW 17,00 for the personnel expenses of KRW 17,00 for the disinfection expenses of the Military Administration, the amount of KRW 57,00,000 for the wholesale price of KRW 3,732,00 for the unpaid goods owed to the Defendant - KRW 8,732,00 for the Defendant).
There is a defect in the goods delivered to the Defendant solely on the basis of the descriptions or videos of evidence Nos. 9, 10, 11, and 14, or the documents or videos of evidence No. 9, A, 10, 14, or the defendant, or there is no other evidence to acknowledge that the damage was caused as alleged by the plaintiff
Therefore, the plaintiff's assertion that there is a defect in the goods supplied by the defendant is without merit.
Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
