Purport of application

The Seoul High Court Decision 2017-77048 decided on March 28, 2016 that the respondent revoked the exclusive travel agent's designation for the applicant shall suspend its effect until 15 days from the date the judgment of the Seoul High Court 2017-7048 was rendered.

Reasons

The submitted supporting materials alone are insufficient to recognize that there is an urgent need to prevent irrecoverable damage caused by the execution of the instant disposition. Therefore, the instant application is dismissed as it is groundless.
