1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 31,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 14, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
In addition to the statement No. 1’s whole purport of the pleading, the Defendant may recognize the fact that he borrowed KRW 31 million from the Plaintiff on June 12, 2015.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above 31 million won and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from January 14, 2018 to the day of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case.
Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted.
