1. The Defendant’s ground for termination of title trust on March 29, 2018 is limited to the automobile indicated in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.
Reasons
The fact that the Defendant purchased a motor vehicle listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant motor vehicle”) by lending the Plaintiff’s name is not a dispute between the parties.
Therefore, on the ground of termination of title trust as of March 29, 2018, on which a copy of the complaint of this case, stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intent to terminate title trust, was served on the Defendant, the Defendant is obligated to take over the transfer registration procedure from the Plaintiff on the instant motor vehicle.
