A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Of the facts charged in the instant case, the charge of attempted larceny against the victim C shall be acquitted.
Punishment of the crime
Although the Defendant did not seek a room, the Defendant made a false statement to seek a room to the owner of the house seeking the tenant, and had access to the owner of the house, and had the owner of the house, and had the owner of the house receive the money and valuables from the owner of the house.
1. Intrusion upon residence;
A. At around 10:00 on September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stated that “the poster to seek a monthly lessee has been reported to the victim; (b) sought an underground room; (c) sought the water from the victim; and (d) went into the entrance of the second floor victim’s residence; (b) went into the entrance of the victim’s residence; and (c) went into the victim’s residence.”
On September 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) reported the poster to seek a monthly lessee; and (b) reported the victim’s son’s appearance to the victim’s son; and (c) reported the victim’s son’s appearance to the outside; (d) reported the victim’s son’s appearance to the victim’s son; and (e) infringed the victim’s son’s residence to the victim’s dwelling.
E. On September 9, 2016, around 17:00, the Defendant discovered the fact that the entrance was opened at the victim M, who was located in the Manan-gu Ma, Annyang-si L, Annyang-si, and entered a ward for the purpose of theft of property, and invaded the victim’s residence.
F. On September 12, 2016, the Defendant was the victim N in the Manan-gu Mayang-si around 13:00.
