1. The Defendant’s KRW 22,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from October 22, 2013 to March 2, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act shall be deemed to be a “Plaintiff” and “debtor”.
