The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Reasons

Even if the defendant was served on August 18, 2014 by the court, he did not submit the statement of grounds for appeal within 20 days from the deadline for submitting the statement of grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication of grounds for appeal, and there is no ground for ex officio investigation. Thus, it shall be decided as per the order under Article 361-4(1)
