1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 58,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 30, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(2) The judgment of the court below (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) is based on the service by public notice, which is the basis of recognition.
