2. The plaintiff, .

A. On July 27, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract between Defendant A and the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). On August 12, 2011, the contractor and the beneficiary of the instant insurance contract changed from Defendant A to Defendant B.

B. Defendant A received hospitalized treatment for 16 days from September 8, 2009 to September 23, 2009, after the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, for 1,026 days in total, as indicated in Table 1 below, from September 8, 2009 to January 21, 2014, as indicated in Table 1.
